Advanced Material Handling mining and longwall chains are manufactured in accordance to DIN 22252:200I standards. These chains are manufactured using a high-alloy steel and heat treated to the range of 470-515 BHN.
Single-bolt and double-bolt connectors are available. Flight attachments are made to order.
Our mining chain sprockets are cast using a high alloy steel that is quenched and tempered to 380-400 BHN. Sprockets are custom machined to suit mild steel hubs/ Sprockets can be supplied as solid, split, or bolt-on. AMD also manufactures idlers out of 400BHN plate for these types of chains.
