Job Description:

  • Flux core welding.
  • Assemble components and parts as required.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
  • Build welding jigs.
  • Use and maintain tools and shop equipment.
  • Ability to read work orders and ensure instructions are being followed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Demonstrate safe work practices and procedures.
  • Requirements:
  • Flux core Welding Experience.
  • C and/or B Ticket (Advantageous).

Who should apply?

If you are an energetic person who prides themselves on top-notch customer service. You have strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in an individual as well as a team environment then we would like to hear from you. We are currently looking for a Technical Outside Sales Representative to work on territories like Alabama, Georgia and Florida.

Industry experience in material handling or power transmission would be an asset but we are willing to train the right person who displays the ability and desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue and seek out new opportunities, to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Use effective prospecting techniques including cold calling, scheduled follow-ups, and qualification of leads for replacement conveyor chains, sprockets, and turnkey conveyor systems.
  • Develop and/or maintain strong business relationships with clients and others in the industry.
  • Identify creative solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct product technical presentations in a professional manner.
  • Able to clearly articulate features, services, and benefits that are in line with customer needs.
  • Answer technical questions and provide solutions to customers problems onsite.
  • Create proposals and quotations in a professional manner that is consistent with the company policies.
  • Successfully negotiate and close deals.
  • Utilize Sales Force to maintain accurate records of sales calls, prospect interactions, client files, and sales activity information.
  • Regularly provide detailed and accurate sales activity information to the Sales Team Lead and USA General Manager.
  • Creating quotes and entering orders.
  • Travel requirements are overnight and will be a minimum of 2 weeks per month.


  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in sales of material handling equipment.
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of the sales process and proven decision-making abilities.
  • Results-driven.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a high level of customer focus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license.
