Position Summary

 

The Painter / Shop Helper is responsible for preparing and finishing metal products for painting while supporting general shop activities and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare products for painting (masking, cleaning, surface prep)
  • Perform grinding and deburring as required
  • Safely lift and move materials and components
  • Identify and report safety hazards
  • Follow all safety procedures when operating tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of industrial painting experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift and move materials
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks

The Metal Fabricator is responsible for interpreting drawings and fabricating metal components.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Set up and operate fabrication equipment
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal

  • Perform basic maintenance

  • Journeyman certification or equivalent experience

Position Summary

The Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to produce precision components.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes for precision production runs.
  • Program and edit using Fusion 360 and or Mastercam, G-code, and CAD/CAM software.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections to verify tight tolerances and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues to reduce downtime.
  • Maintain machines and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with fellow operators and share best practices to improve workflow.

 

Qualifications

  • Red Seal Machinist Certification or equivalent recognized credential.
  • Strong CNC machining experience including setup, operation, and programming.
  • Solid understanding of inspection tools, measurement methods, and quality control processes.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and dependable in meeting production requirements.
  • Physically capable of lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
