Our mining chain sprockets are cast using a high-alloy steel that is quenched and tempered to 380- 400 BHN.
Sprockets are custom machined to suit mild steel hubs. Sprockets can be supplied as solid, split, or bolt on.
Advanced Material Handling also manufactures idlers out of 400 BHN plate for these types of chains.
