We offer several sizes of chain: 1-1/8” X 2” X 6”, 1-1/4” X 2” X 6”, as well as 1-1/2” X 2-1/4” X 8”. These chains are cast square profile manganese or round profile alloy and can be assembled with either series 400 double tang flights or cast integral 300 series flights. Our square profile type chain will allow for greater life due to increased contact area between links and the casting process.
The cast and alloy chains are designed for rugged, abrasive, and demanding environments. The design allows for operating conditions that are less than desirable. Their rugged construction permits higher speeds, minimal lubrication (if any), and easy modification with the applications specific attachments.
